Orders will be ready to collect the following working day. Our collection opening hours are; Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm & Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm
Delivery time is 1-4 working days (subject to stock availability)
Please be aware that during busy periods deliveries can take longer. If you require your order urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please CONTACT US so we can track your order accordingly.

*Unfortunately, we are not currently able to deliver to the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item you have purchased simply return it to us by post in its original condition and sealed packaging, within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. It is your responsibility to get the item back to us. We will only refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
In the case that the goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us by email at email@example.com within seven working days and we will ask you to return the goods to the following address:

We shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods, but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note it can take up to 10 days to process a refund once the item arrives back with us at our head offices.
